Arden brings a deep well of athletic experience and resilience to the court. A former elite soccer player in both the U.S. Soccer Development Academy and Olympic Development Program, his early sports career was shaped by discipline and high-level competition. After recovering from a torn MCL and meniscus, Arden pivoted to competitive bodybuilding during the pandemic, becoming a national-level competitor and earning multiple top three finishes. He’s a certified personal trainer, certified nutrition specialist and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in sports medicine

Following an unexpected heart condition that ended his time in bodybuilding, Arden found a new path in pickleball. He has since competed in—and won—multiple tournaments, including playing at all 3 Collegiate Pickleball National Championships (NCPA, Dupr Collegiate and APP Collegiate) Arden now channels his diverse athletic background into coaching and program development, helping players build strength, strategy, and resilience both on and off the court.

Elitza brings a unique blend of strategic marketing expertise and on-court experience to our team. As our Head Marketing Officer, she leads the charge in growing our brand and connecting with players at every level. But she’s not just behind the scenes, Elitza also brings a wealth of on-court experience.

A lifelong athlete, Elitza played varsity tennis all four years in high school and overcame multiple hip and leg surgeries to continue competing. She later contracted Lyme disease, which brought an end to her tennis career. As her condition improved, she transitioned to pickleball. Since making the switch, she has excelled, winning multiple tournaments and now competing in open division events.

Elitza also holds a degree in marketing and is pursuing an MBA. Her professional background, combined with a deep passion for helping others improve their skills, mindset, and performance, makes her a major asset to our team.

Owen combines technical innovation with athletic drive as our Chief Technology Officer. He leads the development of our digital platforms and tools, helping streamline everything from scheduling to performance tracking. But when he’s not behind the screen, you’ll likely find him on the court or in the saddle.

With a background in badminton and ping pong, Owen’s quick reflexes and sharp instincts made for a natural transition into pickleball. Despite being a full-time high school student with a packed schedule, he has rapidly risen through the ranks and now competes as a junior on the PPA Tour. He also competes in horseback riding, bringing balance, discipline, and focus to every arena he enters.

Owen’s dedication to learning and competing at a high level, while balancing academics and technology leadership, makes him an invaluable part of the team and an inspiration to players of all ages.
