Turnaround starts once your submission is complete and your footage is accessible. Monthly reviews do not automatically roll over; email us if you need an occasional exception.

Before you buy
Do I need an account and a purchase to submit footage?
Yes. Choose a plan, create your customer account, and complete checkout. Then use the protected Submit Video form for your review requests. Creating an account by itself does not unlock the form.
How much footage should I send?
Send up to 15 minutes for each monthly review or one-time Annotated Video Review. Choose footage that shows the full court and your movement. Add your order number, identify which player you are, and include your goals and useful timestamps.
When will I receive my feedback?
All reviews have a five-business-day turnaround. The clock starts when your submission is complete and the coach can access your footage.
What will my annotated review look like?
Your coach uses voiceover and on-screen drawings to explain movement, positioning, shot selection, and strategy. Every standard review is 6 to 10 minutes and includes 3 written priorities. Your completed feedback is sent by email as a private link.
Are revisions or extra reviews included?
For a correction or clarification, contact your coach with your order number and the relevant timestamp. Additional footage or another analysis uses an available review in your plan or requires a separate purchase. The one-time Video Review covers one submission.
How do cancellations and renewals work?
Monthly plans renew each month. To stop future renewals, cancel from your customer account before your next billing date. One-time purchases do not renew. For refund or billing questions, contact us with your order number. Canceling renewal does not itself request a refund.
Do unused monthly reviews roll over?
Monthly reviews do not automatically roll over. Our goal is to help you keep making progress from month to month, and submitting a video each month gives you regular feedback to build on. If you would prefer to save a review for the following month, email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
