About LightWork Training
LightWork Training helps you understand your game and get more out of your time on court. Send us your pickleball footage, and we’ll walk through what’s working, where points are getting away from you, and what to practice next. With coach voiceover, on-screen drawings, and specific drills, your review gives you something useful to take into your next game.
We currently offer pickleball coaching, with tennis and padel planned for the future.
Our approach
Good coaching starts with watching how you actually play. We look at your movement, technique, and decisions together, then choose a few useful changes to focus on. Sport science informs our coaching; your footage and goals guide how we put it into practice.
Sport science in practice
Movement: A rushed shot can start with your feet. We look at balance, spacing, and timing to explain how your setup affects contact and recovery.
Learning: We turn feedback into a simple cue and a drill you can repeat, then build toward the situations you face in a game.
Decisions: We pause key rallies to talk through your options: when to attack, when to reset, and where to recover for the next shot.
Coaching built around you
Your starting point: Tell us what you want to improve and how much time you have to practice. We use that context to focus your review.
Your next session: You’ll get a short list of priorities and drills, so you know what to work on when you step back on court.
Your progress: Replay your review whenever you need a reminder. As you send new footage, we can see what’s changing and work out what comes next.
